I placed an online catering order on ********* for a pickup between *am and *:**am. When I arrived to the location I was informed that they did not have my order. After showing the Panera staff member my confirmation * and order, she came back to me a few minutes later and said they were just finishing up my order. The completed order finally came to me at *:**am and I missed my breakfast appointment with my client office. I spend a lot of money with Panera through catering and will discontinue using Panera as this is not an isolated incidence. A similar issue happened at a separate location several weeks ago. I cannot continue to place orders with Panera when it is directly affecting my business. Something needs to be done about your Panera location on **th Street in Grand Rapids, MI and with the **th Street location in Grandville, MI.
