Yesterday, I purchased lunch at the Harvard Square, Cleveland, Panera, and took it back to my work. There I discovered that it was not the lunch that I had ordered--not even close. Today I took my receipt back to the store and spoke to the manager whose first question was "Did you bring it back" Now was the expectation that I would leave work again to return the lunch that was given to me in error. I think that the appropriate response would have been "I am so sorry--would you like me to replace it", but that was not the response.
GetHuman2317575 did not yet indicate what Panera Bread should do to make this right.
