I order Panera may times a month to get lunch at work. However, I have many grievances. One, when I go to the store in person. My order is always delayed, no matter if I order pick up or order there. I frequently am late getting back to work due to poor service or having to wait to remake my messed up order. Due to this, I no longer go in and am forced to order delivery (with high delivery fees for being just down the street). The problem here is when I receive my incorrect order, I cannot have it remade. I’m paying good money (plus an extra delivery fee) for incorrect orders. Additionally, your website is frequently not working. For example, this morning I could not access it at all. I have to order my lunch early because I am in meetings all day. Eating Panera is convenient because there are few other locations where I can order food, but if I do not see improvements I will never spend my money on your subpar food again.
