I ordered through the Panera app for rapid pick up and accidentally put the wrong time so I immediately called the panera I ordered from and asked them to change it. I was told that it was changed to my new time but when I went in to pick it up it was * hours old. They had made it for the previous time not the time I called and had it changed too. Not only was that wrong but they didn’t get half my order correct. What I ordered and what was given to me was wrong. I am very displeased with this and would like a refund considering my old cold food wasn’t even what I ordered.
GetHuman-kayleeme did not yet indicate what Panera Bread should do to make this right.
