I had a family subscription to Pandora that ended up lapsing because it was attached to a debit card that was compromised and had to be deactivated. When I renewed my subscription, I did it through Google Play, which apparently doesn't have a family option. I tried to cancel through Google Play so that I can return to paying for my family plan directly through Pandora, but they gave me a **-day free trial, so my subscription basically can't be cancelled until the ** days is up at the end of May. In the meantime, the rest of my family has lost their premium status. I tried to expedite the cancellation through Google Play, but they said they weren't able to cancel it and I needed to contact Pandora directly. Can I please either get my premium "trial" cancelled effective immediately, so I can renew with the family plan, or is there a way to just switch this premium plan back over into a family plan? Thanks so much for your help!
