I wad told that that I can cancel my free trial no commercial for * month free. I asked if I could select songs and artists and select the the songs I wanted for each song and album and save them use them on my my smart tv.. I wss given a *month free service for my smart phone. I wan to csncel but Pandora told me I could only cancel at the expiration of the ** day free service and that Pandora would call me a day prior to the ** days after servicer commence to see if I wa to subsibe or cancel. Because I have plans to be out of the country during this time on vacation in Asia, your confirmation that will cancel at the end of the ** day trial perid and notify me a day before the free trial period ends to ask if I want to cancel or continue the suntriction. Please accent my cancellation at then end for the ** day free trial period. When subsribing only for the ** day free period I was promised that I could cancel by contactig Pandora directy. I am unable to use Pandoea on my smart smart tv for the above desand whomever I dealt with gave incorrect information such as being able to download the app and select the middle plan costing about $ ***. Please confirm that Pandora will cancel this trial at no cost to me as the plan I was probifrd eas not what I eanted and does not do the things O ordered.
