I understand pandora and Sirius xm are combining. How do I find out about that. I have both, will they now be billed together and will I still be able to get pandora on my tv? Will the formats change? Sometimes I prefer to listen to Pandora because it’s music only and sometimes I like to listen to Sirius for the information they give about the musicians and also the guest hosts. But what I really want is to speak with a human, clear English speaking person that can give me real answers not scripted BS. Thank you

Human customer is a thing of the past. That way no one has to be held accountable for poor customer service or for not fixing customer’s issues. Terrible business practice. My solution is to stop doing business with companies that don’t offer human, one on one support.
