I made a mistake when I purchased their service. I meant to order their "premium" service but what I got was a lesser level that is no better than the free version yet I paid $*.** for it. I tried to upgrade to premium service, but however I try to upgrade Pandora wants to charge me the full $*.** as if I had not already paid them $*.**. **All I want is to pay the $* additional bucks for premium service & have my billing date remain on the first.
