I was charged for a year service to my credit card that I did not give you access to. Yes I had a * month free trial. I was not well at the time of the trial ending, Also not aware of this company finding one of my credit card and taking out a year of service. When I got my bill I saw the charge and was instructed to e-mail so i sent my request for a refund. I also read that if I tried to send another e-mail it would take longer to answer I am still waiting for an answer . Not understanding what is taking so long I want my money back. I feel that I should have been sent an e-mail that I would be billed If I didn't respond after so many days that my trial was ending.
