Help with my Pandora Radio issue

I have Pandora Premium until the beginning of September, but i would like to redeem a code i was gifted for a year of free Pandora Plus. It is not letting me use my code because of my current subscription status but I want to have Pandora Plus for free for a year either when my current subscription ends or effective immediately. I have already paid the subscription fee for my Pandora Premium for this current month through the beginning of September, but i would be willing to forego my current plan to start my Pandora Plus gift if need be. Thank you.
GetHuman-aliatayl did not yet indicate what Pandora Radio should do to make this right.
