I have a subscription to Pandora. Email is *****@***.com Phone is ***-***-****. I paid $**.** on August **th. However when I Iogin the premium upgrade does not exist. I get commercials, no thumbs up station anymore, etc. I'm pretty sure I'm back to the free portion even though the site says I'm logged in. Now that I have this issue you guy's have no human customer service support and only this issue page. Who knows if anyone will ever get this issue fixed. I hate to pay for a subscription w*o a human to talk with. I'll give you a few day's to resolve before I cancel. Thanks!!!
