Hi, I cancelled my free Pandora Premium Trial a bit over a month ago and even deleted my card information from my account to make sure it wouldn't be charged for the month of August. I clearly remember the notice on my laptop screen stating that my subscription would end effective of August **, ****. I'm just noticing that I was charged for this month, so I had to go back and I cancelled the subscription and deleted my card information once again. Considering that I cancelled this over a month prior to my free trial ending, I definitely shouldn't have been charged on my account and demand a refund, reassurance that my card won't be charged again, and also an explanation as to how and why this happened.
GetHuman1034694 did not yet indicate what Pandora Radio should do to make this right.
