Why won't you let me have Pandora Plus? I changed the credit card for my account and was forced into Pandora Premium. I keep going back to the site and I keep selecting Pandora Plus but I'm constantly forced back into Pandora Premium. I see that you are discontinuing Pandora Plus in September but it's not September yet. Why won't you let me keep the subscription I want? Also, why are you not answering my e-mails? Additionally, I told you last year when you rolled out Pandora Premium that I would not enroll in it until you allowed us to shuffle between stations just like you do in Pandora Plus. That is a feature I use everyday and the only one, as far as I'm concerned, that differentiates you from Google Play and Spotify. If I can't shuffle between the custom stations I've created then I don't get the variety I like. I've been a customer of yours for over a decade now and I talk you up to everyone I know. Last year I even gave my son a subscription to Pandora because I like it that much. That said, if Premium doesn't have the shuffle between stations feature on the website and*or the mobile app I will drop you. You have no idea how sad that would make me. I've been curating my stations for over a decade and they deliver exactly the kind of music they way I want. I like many features of the Pandora Premium but why you've chosen to leave out the shuffle between stations is beyond me. Would someone please respond to my e-mail so that I can at least enjoy Pandora Plus for another ** days before you wreck the app I use every day in the name of progress? That or could you explain why shuffling between custom stations is no longer supported? Either way, I sincerely (and I really mean that) hope that I'm not parting ways with you. I've enjoyed your service for a long time and I'm sad that it will be going away.
