Pandora Radio: **Per a request from you, Pandora needs our billing information to resubcribe to Pandora. In April, **** I changed credit card information for the account. Since April you have double billed the credit card you have on file. I have sent several requests to Get Human asking to get this resolved. I have had one response with no resolution. The double bill has happened through July. If the old information has run out, I will check the next card billing statement and if there are no double bills we will go forward. I believe if I am correct, you have been paid double for April, May, June and July and now you have converted to: free Pandora with commercials. Can someone please straighten this out.*The account name is Howard J Weintraub, Law Offices of Weintraub & Alper, P.C. at **** Peachtree Street, N.E., Suite ****, Atlanta, Ga. *****, ***-***-****? When did the subscription expire?*To Resolve: Would like to have Pandora, double billing stopped and Pandora with no commercials.
