I was trying to downgrade to the $*.** version of Pandora. I don’t know whether this was done yet or not. And I also want to be reimbursed for the extra charges for the premium version which I’m pretty sure I never selected even by accident. ... I somehow got the premium level of Pandora even though I selected Pandora plus only. In other words I want to be paying $*.** per month for no ads but I don’t want the music service which allows me to develop my own playlist. I seriously do not believe that I selected this highest cost option on my own, I suspect that I was slammed. Regardless, I want you to please refund the money for the additional cost to my credit card and put me in the *.** per month plan instead. Thank you very much, Robert Hollingsworth ***–***–****
