I have several ISSUES I have been using Pandora for as long as I can remember & right now I am beyond upset!!! I was subscribed to Pandora Premium but due to low funds I was unable to pay it for about a month. Moving on, wondering through my emails I seen where I had received an email offering Pandora Premium Family Plan ** day free trial...**.** - after fees*tax **.** I accepted the offer, then that's where everything became an issue! I was charged immediately **.** I sent in an email regarding that no response! I sent in another email regarding the fact I already sent an email and haven't had any response! TODAY after I sent my *rd email I am not longer subscribed to the Pandora Premium Family Plan and my bank account is STILL charged the **.** with NOT REFUNDS pending my account!!!!!
GetHuman786195 did not yet indicate what Pandora Radio should do to make this right.
