I reside in Clarksville, Indiana, and I frequent your store approximately 3 to 4 times a week. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to find out that they were out of chow mein and other essential items. This was not due to the items being sold out, but rather because they lacked the necessary ingredients to prepare them. Having worked in the restaurant and fast-food industry, I understand the importance of having all the required ingredients available. This experience has left me quite upset, and I believe it reflects poorly on the management. It is quite likely that both my visits and those of my friends will decrease as a result. - Steve Lane

I live in Clarksville, Indiana and frequent my local Panda Express at least three times a week. Recently, I was disappointed when they ran out of Chow mein and two chicken dishes. The staff explained they didn't receive the product order to make them. This situation reflects poorly on the customer service and management. I'm frustrated because of this incident and may reduce my visits. I believe it's essential for them to have the necessary ingredients available.

Tonight at 6:30, I visited my local Panda Express in Clarksville, Indiana, only to discover they were out of chow mein and two chicken dishes. They mentioned not receiving the ingredients to prepare them. This lack of product availability and explanation reflects poorly on their customer service and management. Despite being a frequent visitor, going about 3 to 4 times a week, I am now reconsidering my future visits due to the consistent unavailability of menu items. I have been ordering takeout from Panda Express in Livonia, MI for a while now. I have noticed inconsistencies in portion sizes multiple times. Today, my drive-thru order not only had smaller portions but was missing an entree altogether from my order (which was supposed to include 2 entrees and 1 side). This is disappointing, especially since I eat here frequently and mostly for quick lunches between work. I have the receipt and a photo of today's order, but unfortunately, I am unable to upload them here.

The incident at Arcadia Community Regional Park on March 3, [redacted], has been reported to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Parks Bureau. The reporting person is Jeffrey Alan R. from CHP K-9 Division. The incident involved theft and vandalism of his shoes and socks by unknown campers. The property involved includes blue and white FILA running/hiking shoes and socks with a market value of $75, along with food items from PANDA EXPRESS costing $12. The incident led to harassment at a nearby mall, where Mr. R. was forced to leave by security. He believes the campers responsible for the theft may have been linked to the officers on site. The narrative describes a series of events involving potential stalking and harassment, leading to the loss of money at the mall. The situation is complex and involves multiple locations and individuals.

My experience at the Panda Express in Florissant, Missouri on Mother's Day was not satisfactory. When we got home, we noticed that our order was missing 3 chicken egg rolls and a medium order of crab rangoon. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times over the next few days, but no one answered. Finally, on Wednesday, I spoke with someone who accused me of lying about calling. The lady I spoke with was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She then rushed me to explain the missing items and claimed I initially said my entire order was missing, which wasn't true. She said she would check the cameras and get back to me. The missing items were worth around $15, and I hope to resolve this issue soon. My name is Dane Gundaker, and you may contact me at any time. I recently ordered a family meal from Panda Express in Troy, Alabama. I ordered online and have both the online receipt and the receipt from when I picked up the order. Unfortunately, when my daughter brought the food home, we noticed the small mushroom chicken was missing. I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, but the response I received was unprofessional and upsetting. Instead of addressing the missing item, the employee accused me of lying and started yelling about the missing mushroom chicken not being on the receipt. Despite enjoying the food we did receive, being treated disrespectfully over a small missing item was unacceptable. We may return in the future, but such behavior is not something customers should have to endure.

I placed an order on the Panda Express app for $47.20 and received only 2 bowls upon delivery. The delivery person was unhelpful when asked about the missing items. After contacting the store, they admitted to not handing over the whole order and offered to cancel it. When I requested to speak to a manager, their response was dismissive, stating they wouldn't play the blame game. Not only did three of my kids go without dinner, but my refund was also incorrect, only accounting for 2 plates. The store at Glenway and Werk in Cincinnati, Ohio, where this occurred, has poor service standards. They even refuse to make White Rice when it's unavailable and have a dismissive attitude towards customers. This experience has been frustrating, and the staff clearly require additional training. At a store in Westminster, CO with order #[redacted] for $40.04, I encountered issues with missing utensils, napkins, soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and fortune cookies. The Cheese Rangoons were overcooked as well. Despite past experiences of receiving these items without requesting them, this time they were omitted, causing inconvenience during our journey. Dissatisfied with the service, I'm disappointed with the $40.04 spent on a meal for four. I would appreciate some form of compensation for the subpar experience. Thank you, Mary R.

This is the fourth time this has happened at the Napa store. When I ordered my food, I requested teriyaki sauce, but they no longer pour it over the chicken. I usually get teriyaki chicken, mushroom chicken, chow mein, and rice. They used to pour it over everything except the mushroom chicken, but now they use packets. When I asked for extra, they refused, stating one packet was enough. I offered to pay for an extra one, but they still wouldn't sell it to me. This means I can't have teriyaki sauce with my meal. It's disappointing that they wouldn't accommodate such a simple request, especially during these times. I may share this experience with my colleagues or leave a review online. It's frustrating and inconsiderate.

On 4/11/[redacted], I placed a delivery order through the Postmates app from Panda Express. When the order arrived, one entree was correct, but the other one wasn't. Instead of the black pepper Angus steak and broccoli and beef that I ordered, I received orange chicken. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to chicken and do not typically order dishes with it. The correct entree was for my spouse. I am requesting a refund for the incorrect item. The order number is #[redacted] from Panda Express store #[redacted] in Tucson, AZ, through Postmates Order #[redacted]. This is not the first time we've had issues with our orders from Panda Express, as they have missed including soy sauce and other condiments in our previous orders.

I am a loyal customer of Panda Express on 15th Street in Tuscaloosa. Over the years, I have always experienced good service there. However, on my recent visit, they were out of many items. When I asked the server to repeat the items they were out of, they responded with an unpleasant attitude. This behavior was surprising and not in line with the service I have received in the past. Even after speaking to the manager about my concerns, they seemed to dismiss the issue and sided with the server. This interaction has left me feeling disappointed and hesitant about returning to a location I have frequented for some time.

I recently ordered from Panda Express through the drive-thru in Ukiah, CA. I felt rushed during the ordering process. When I tried to add pot stickers at the window, I was told I couldn't modify my order. Despite no cars behind me, I was instructed to go through the drive-thru again to add them. Upon returning, I was informed they were out of pot stickers. When I got home, I found my chicken was burnt with paper on it. This experience was truly disappointing. While I used to love Panda Express, this location's service was terrible. I don't even want to return anytime soon after this bad experience.

The service I received at [redacted] N University Dr, Plantation, FL [redacted] from an employee named Tonya was extremely disrespectful. When I called to inquire about my cancelled order, she was sassy, impatient, and unprofessional. Her behavior ruined my experience, and I am very upset. I am requesting a refund and I no longer wish to have any association with Panda Express in the future. I am deeply disappointed and upset by the way I was treated. Tonya's immature and disrespectful behavior, including hanging up on me while I was speaking, was unacceptable.

I placed a catering delivery order yesterday, 10/29/21, with Order [redacted]. The food arrived cold, except for the beef with broccoli, which was hot and delicious. Unfortunately, the Chow Mein was dry and lacked flavor, and the orange chicken was also cold. The chicken egg rolls and vegetable spring rolls were oily and soggy, making them inedible for the children. I had also requested soy sauce in the special instructions, but it was not included. This experience was very disappointing for my family and guests. I would like a refund for the affected items, and I believe the restaurant manager or supervisor should be notified about this issue. Today, 11/9/21, I made a purchase at Panda Express in the shopping court in Carolina. I ordered a plate with rice, honey walnut shrimp, and sweetfire chicken. After paying, I received the wrong order. I informed the staff that it wasn't mine, and eventually got the correct order. As I started eating, I noticed remnants of another type of meat in my dish. Upon closer inspection, it was evident that the previous order they gave me had just been transferred to a different plate and mine was placed in it. This constitutes cross-contamination, which is concerning, especially for people with allergies. Additionally, the crab rangoons were burnt and cold, indicating they had been sitting for a while. My order number was [redacted]. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I recently discovered that the plant-based chicken used for the mandarin chicken dish is cooked in the same grease as real meat. This was quite disappointing to learn, as many choose plant-based options to avoid consuming traditional meat. While I appreciate the effort to offer plant-based alternatives, it seems counterintuitive to cook them in the same manner. It would be beneficial for customers to be aware of this practice.

During my recent visit to the San Nicolás shopping center in Rio Negro, Antioquia, Colombia, my family and I had lunch at Panda Express, local [redacted]. Despite the great food and service, we encountered an issue with the pricing. We were surprised to learn that after 2 pm, the cost of our meals increased significantly from the advertised price of $13,[redacted]. While we paid the higher amount to avoid any confrontation, I believe this pricing practice is deceptive. Other restaurants in the area clearly display their prices, including any time-based variations, and Panda Express should do the same to avoid misleading customers. As visitors, we felt taken advantage of by this lack of transparency. I recently visited Panda Express #[redacted], where I am a frequent customer. On 02/13/[redacted], I placed order #[redacted] totaling $28.88. Unfortunately, my experience this time was disappointing. Despite paying for a Chicken Egg Roll, it was missing when I got home. Additionally, the extra Beijing Beef in the Bigger Plate triple Beijing Beef was missing from the carton. This oversight led me to request some form of compensation, such as a reimbursement, credit, coupon, or gift card. Along with the missing items, they also did not provide the sauce I had requested. These errors were quite frustrating, as it is not the first time items have been missing from my order at this location. I hope this feedback helps improve their service. I ordered two plate meals: one with orange chicken fried rice and crab ragoons, and the other with beef and broccoli fried rice with crab ragoons. However, I only received two plates with rice and crab ragoons. I drove home before realizing the mistake, then went back to have it corrected. The staff member at the window said they would make fresh food for me. I also ordered chicken and vegetables with a large diet coke, but once again, the order was incorrect. They gave me less than what I paid for, including only three small crab ragoons instead of two orders. There was also very little broccoli and veggies on the plate. Additionally, they gave me a chicken order and another beef and broccoli order, but still no orange chicken. I'm extremely frustrated as it feels like they are taking advantage of me. When I returned the first receipt, they didn't return it to me or refund my money.
