Hello, my name is Dungy. I visited your restaurant on May 10, [redacted], around 1 pm. According to my receipt, it was Panda Express #[redacted] in Church Ranch. There was a slender lady with glasses who I believe is Asian assisting me. She politely asked for someone in the back to cook the Lo Mein dish. Despite her asking twice, a larger lady in the back loudly declared she was washing dishes and refused to help. In my experience in fast food, we were trained to prioritize customer service and help promptly, which was not the case here. The line was growing, and this attitude was unacceptable. In contrast, there is a short, sweet Asian lady who always gives me excellent service. She is efficient, friendly, and reminds me of my daughter. Regardless of this incident, I enjoy the food at Panda Express and will continue to be a customer. Thank you.

To the responsible party, During my recent visit to your Panda Express at Church Ranch location #[redacted] in Westminster, I encountered a substantial line with only one employee, a friendly and efficient short young lady, managing the front of the store alone around 4:30 in the afternoon. Despite her exceptional service, I was disappointed to see other staff members in the back, including a larger individual named Laura, socializing instead of assisting. Laura's lack of initiative was disheartening as the dedicated young lady at the front worked tirelessly to serve customers like me with limited time for lunch. Although Laura's behavior was concerning, the young lady - possibly named Ranne - handled the situation admirably and provided excellent service, even prompting me to make a donation. I sincerely hope for improved staffing and training during my future visits.

I recently visited Panda Express #[redacted] in Concord, and encountered some issues with my order. The server, Andrea C, displayed an unhelpful attitude and rushed me during my order, showing impatience. When I requested a specific dish, she seemed irritated and handled the food roughly. I asked for extra sauces politely, but she tossed them into the bag carelessly, causing a mess. When I pointed out her behavior, she was dismissive and unapologetic. Overall, the experience was disappointing and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location or recommending it to others.

I want to share my recent experience at Panda Express in Round Rock TX. The disappointments I encountered at the [redacted] Limestone Commercial Dr. Pflugerville, TX [redacted] location have led me to address some concerns. During a drive-through visit, I discovered missing appetizers and entrees after bringing the food home. I chose not to return to the restaurant due to the inconvenience. When I reached out to the Pflugerville location to discuss the missing items and customer service, I was informed that the manager was unavailable to speak with me. This encounter left me frustrated, especially after being directed to search online for the contact information of the general manager, Emanuel Filva. Despite the issues faced, I was unable to establish communication with the management team at this location.

I visited your Fry Rd location with my four-year-old shortly after opening two days ago. We waited about 5 minutes as the employees were busy at the register and ordering window. No one greeted us, but I didn't mind as we were still deciding on our order. When a gentleman came in after us, the register employee immediately helped him without acknowledging us, prompting us to leave. Outside, my child wanted Panda Express, so I reluctantly went back in. The manager greeted us cheerfully, but when I mentioned being ignored earlier, his demeanor shifted. Despite this, I kept my promise to my son and bought him a meal, opting to eat elsewhere. I hope this feedback encourages better customer service from all your staff members at that location and perhaps a gesture to make amends for our poor experience before I consider dining at your restaurant again.

On December 20th at 4:05 pm, I ordered Orange Chicken for my wife and Black Pepper Chicken for myself. Orange Chicken is her favorite. After a few bites, she noticed a tainted odor and felt queasy, leading her to stop eating. Later in the night, she experienced a headache and stomach discomfort. If she doesn't improve, we will consider the emergency room. We took photos of the meal and wanted to share our experience to prevent others from dealing with the same issues. As a result, I am returning the uneaten portion of the Orange Chicken and requesting a refund. Please see the attached receipt for reference.

To whom it may concern, As a valued customer of Panda Express, I recently visited one of your locations. Upon my arrival, I encountered a young lady named Maggie who seemed disinterested in assisting customers as she was sweeping the floor. Despite the cook noticing the delay, Maggie took her time coming to the counter. I ordered orange chicken and beef and broccoli, but had to request more chicken as she had only added a few pieces. This experience left much to be desired in terms of customer service. I believe Maggie could benefit from additional training in this area. I hope to see improvements as I would hate to discontinue dining at Panda Express. Sincerely, Ann M.

To Whom It May Concern, I am a valued customer of Panda Express. Tonight, I decided to stop by for a meal. When I entered, a young lady named Maggie, who seemed disinterested, was sweeping the floor. Eventually, she came to the counter after keeping both myself and the cook waiting. I ordered orange chicken and beef and broccoli, but had to request additional chicken because she had initially given me only a few pieces. The customer service was disappointing, and it seems that Maggie could benefit from further training in this area. I am disappointed by this experience as I have always enjoyed dining at Panda Express. The incident occurred at Panda Express [redacted] on Olive Creve Coeur in St. Louis, MO at 6:00 PM on January 8, [redacted].

I visited Panda Express in Lawndale and purchased 5 bigger plates. While waiting for my chicken teriyaki to be added to my chow mein and rice, other customers behind me paid for their orders. Upon reaching home in Hawthorne, I realized that some of the plates were missing the meat sides, with only chow mein and rice in them. Disappointed, I couldn't return due to bad weather. This has never happened to me at Panda Express before. In the future, I will check my order before leaving the store. Feeding a family of 5 at Panda Express can be expensive, and this meal was a special treat for my large family. I hope to be reimbursed for the missing items so I can try again in the future. Thank you. - Mrs. B.

I have encountered various issues with my local Panda Express. Despite liking the food, I am disappointed with the customer service and food quality at store #[redacted] in Santa Ana. My order number is [redacted]. Typically, I order a large plate with half rice and half chow mein, two sides of honey walnut shrimp (each costing $1.25 extra), and two egg rolls, totaling around $14. On my recent visit, I had to wait again for an item that was unavailable at the time. While I understand delays and fresh preparation, I was disappointed to find burnt fried rice and egg rolls when I got home, leading me to throw away half of my meal and money. I am requesting a refund for at least half of my purchase as I could only consume half of it. I hope to communicate with the management at this location to address the food quality and service issues to ensure a better experience for customers like me who wish to dine there without having to seek another outlet.

On April 5, [redacted], at 3:36 p.m., I visited Panda Express restaurant #[redacted] and ordered a 2 entree plate with chow mein, but was charged for a 3 entree plate instead. Despite paying with my debit card, I was not offered a refund. The staff instructed me to pick another entree, and the management served me a very small portion of the spicy chicken I selected. There were only three or four pieces in the container. I felt cheated and unhappy about having to pick an additional entree I did not want due to the lack of a refund. The service was disappointing, with no one appearing concerned. It was frustrating to see a staff member using their cell phone while I was trying to resolve the issue. Customer service should prioritize customers over personal phone use.

Unfortunately, my experience at the drive-thru today was extremely disappointing. I arrived before 9:30, reached the menu to order, and was informed that they were closed, even though it was only 9:25. When I asked for the corporate number or a manager, I was told none were available. After contacting customer service, they assisted in ensuring I could place my order. However, when I finally ordered, they didn't have the item I wanted. I requested a free meal voucher due to the inconvenience, but received a cold chicken dish and noodles instead. One of the staff, a young lady with red-colored hair, was particularly rude and unprofessional, while a gentleman named Mister Robin was respectful but seemed unsure how to handle the situation. I suggest having the corporate number readily available for all staff to provide to customers for feedback or concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My experience at Panda Express in Bayonne, NJ was extremely disappointing. My mom and I ordered a party tray for Easter Sunday, and we were told it would only take 10 minutes to prepare. We decided to run a quick errand while waiting, informing the server Ariel that we would be back to pick up the food. Upon our return, around 10-20 minutes later, we discovered that our order hadn't even been started. Ariel failed to communicate to the kitchen staff that we were coming back. To make matters worse, when I addressed the issue with Ariel, he responded aggressively and even threatened physical violence, which was completely unacceptable. I chose not to escalate the matter to the shift manager, who was unavailable, but I am now reaching out to the corporate team to report this incident. I would appreciate if you could address this with Ariel and provide my mom and me with a customer voucher as a gesture of goodwill. I must commend Reynaldo, another server, for his professional handling of the situation. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

As a panda fan for over a decade, it's disappointing to share a negative experience at the Panda Express drive-thru near the headquarters in Rosemead. Despite expecting excellent service due to the location, the drive-thru seemed to receive priority over walk-in customers. During a recent visit, while a long line formed inside with up to 15 customers, the drive-thru quickly moved with little regard for those inside. Service to walk-ins only happened once the drive-thru was clear, which caused long wait times. This issue seems to stem from poor management, potentially reaching up to the store manager or even higher. During a subsequent drive-thru visit, the quick service led to missing items in the order. Returning to collect the missing item, the interaction with employee Bryan and manager Ariana was unsatisfactory and lacked empathy, with dismissive responses and a focus on time rather than resolving the issue. These experiences highlight the need for workflow redesign and training at this particular location to ensure a better overall customer service experience.

I had a bad experience at the Cornelius Panda Express in Oregon. Two employees were very rude to me. One employee, a woman with a strange name, and another man without a name tag, were disrespectful when I ordered noodles. They did not know what I meant by a tray until someone else explained it to them. Initially, I was told the tray cost $4.20, but another employee then said it was $15. When I ordered three spring rolls and three crab cheese rangoons, the woman preparing the food misunderstood my order and was argumentative. The cashier also behaved rudely. The staff's sarcastic and inappropriate behavior made it the worst service experience I have ever had. I will not be returning to this location and hope they find better employees.

I have been a loyal customer at Panda for several years now. During this time, I've noticed a significant change in the chow mein dish. It used to have fewer cabbage pieces and more noodles and a hint of celery, which I really enjoyed. Lately, the chow mein has become overwhelmed with cabbage, which I find to be just a filler. I prefer the focus to be on the noodles in a chow mein dish. I hope the restaurant can address this issue soon as it has become a disappointment for me. If the restaurant insists on including rice and other ingredients, perhaps they could consider offering a separate egg noodle dish with minimal vegetables like celery. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I noticed an error on my receipt after visiting your establishment. Despite having a coupon for a free entrée, there was confusion regarding the size I was entitled to. The cashier charged me $7.40 for a medium entrée instead of providing the correct size as per the coupon. Although she did reduce the charge by $1.50, I believe I should not have been charged for the entrée at all. I believe I am owed a refund for the overcharge either as a credit for my next visit or a check refund. I provided feedback on the phone survey as well.

Dear Panda Express, On Tuesday, October 22nd, my husband and I ordered lunch from your Irvine CA Jamboree location. I had the chicken and string beans, while my husband had the mushroom chicken. Unfortunately, after eating, I got extremely sick with vomiting and diarrhea late in the evening. The sickness continued for both me and my husband until the next morning. At 78 and 79 years old, the experience was exhausting and not pleasant. We took the day to rest and recover from the food poisoning, and thankfully we are feeling better now. I wanted to bring this to your attention as a reminder of the importance of proper food preparation, care, and cleanliness. Thank you.

Regarding my experience at [redacted] Wilshire Blvd, I am disappointed with the small portions and poor service, as reflected in numerous recent reviews. My meal consisted of only 5 pieces of shrimp, teriyaki chicken without sauce, a small amount of rice, and a minimal portion of noodles, yet I was charged $10. To make matters worse, I found a long hair in my food. Despite attempting to contact the store and being put on hold and disconnected twice, I have not received a resolution. This experience left me hungry, disgusted, and frustrated. I seek a refund and action from PE corporate to address these issues. Many at my hospital have sworn off this Panda location in favor of other options due to the poor quality and service. Unless there are improvements in quality control, Panda Express risks losing loyal customers like myself. - P. W.

I usually eat at Panda Express twice a week, but today's experience left me extremely disappointed. After ordering takeout at 11:07 am and arriving home at 11:19, I was dismayed to find that my orange chicken had cold spots on almost every piece, indicating it was not properly cooked through. The chow mein lacked flavor and was bland, while the broccoli in my beef and broccoli dish was cold. The only saving grace was the properly cooked honey walnut dish. I expect better quality given the amount I spent on the meal. It's frustrating to receive rushed and cold food, and even though I considered returning it, I couldn't spare the time.
