I would like to request a return for two PANASONIC Expandable Cordless Phone Systems purchased from Amazon.com. We have been experiencing issues with the speaker volume on both devices. When the phone rings, the speakers do not produce adequate sound, and during conversations, the volume is also too low to hear clearly. Each phone cost $77.98. The specific product in question is the PANASONIC Expandable Cordless Phone System with Link2Cell Bluetooth, Voice Assistant, Answering Machine, and Call Blocking in Metallic Black - KX-TGD564M. I am seeking either a refund or a suitable replacement for these defective phones.

It seems challenging to find assistance these days without human contact. I am seeking a replacement for my current Panasonic phone system, which is essential for my small business using a feature called "Distinctive Ring." The new set needs to support receiving two phone numbers on one line, one for the phone and one for the fax. The Panasonic KX-TGD664M model caught my eye for its call blocking feature. Although I am not interested in Bluetooth or an answering machine, I am loyal to Panasonic due to the success of my current KX-TGE230 phones. I own a Panasonic phone, and the sound quality on the answering machine is extremely poor, making it impossible to understand the messages. Several people with perfect hearing also confirmed that the messages are unintelligible. The phone model has two numbers on the device, KX-TGD560 and KX-TG833SK, but it's unclear why there are two different model numbers. I have been without a functioning phone for days now, and urgently need it as I have a family member with medical issues.

I recently purchased the Panasonic KX-TGF570 cordless phone system for myself and have generally had no issues with it. However, I got the same system for my brother, and he's been experiencing constant problems. Despite advising him on how to reset the phone, it only temporarily resolves the issues before they reoccur. The phone is failing to take messages and the base screen remains blank. I have been attempting to contact Panasonic by phone, but it seems they do not have a customer service number available, which is frustrating. It's disappointing to have bought two phone systems and see my brother struggling with repeated malfunctions. Unfortunately, he may have to discard this system and opt for a different brand. It's disheartening that he's unable to enjoy a fully functional phone.

I purchased a Panasonic ZS200 on March 26, [redacted], from Adorama in New York. I took it to Alaska, where I faced significant issues. The zoom lever, located on the shutter button, malfunctioned, only working at its extremes without any in-between adjustments. It was also extremely difficult to move. As a result, I had to set it aside and use another camera. The zoom function remains problematic, moving slowly or jumping to different focal lengths abruptly. This behavior is unacceptable for a camera, and I believe it requires repair or replacement. I would value your insights on addressing this issue.

Recently, my KX-TGM430 amplified phone with an answering machine got damaged during a power outage. This is a rare occurrence since I haven't experienced power outages in over 20 years due to underground cables. I have ordered a replacement main unit that should arrive tomorrow. However, I am unsure if my existing cordless headsets will still work without the main unit, as they indicate no power to the main unit. Yesterday, my Panasonic microwave unexpectedly caught on fire. I purchased it at The Brick and unfortunately, the warranty expired on August 30, [redacted]. I am now hesitant about replacing it for fear of a repeat incident. The microwave made a grinding noise before bursting into flames. Thankfully, I acted fast by turning it off and disconnecting it. Dear Concerned Team, I am writing to share my ongoing cooling problems with the Panasonic AC unit (SAC 1.5T H&C 4SNIV CS/CU-KZ18XKYF) purchased on March 28, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the issues persist even after multiple attempts by the Panasonic service team to fix the recurrent gas leaks. They now propose taking the entire unit for further examination. The base unit handset, KX-TGA407, is undergoing replacement. Despite following the provided replacement instructions, I am unable to deregister the old handset or register the new one. Previously, all 6 ports were registered, comprising of 5 handsets and 1 range extender. The main handset now displays the message "Main unit no power," even though the batteries are fully charged. Although the base unit is functional and operational, allowing me to use the speaker and receiver, I am unable to utilize the handset.

I recently bought a Panasonic DVD player, the S700P-K model, and I'm facing an issue with getting an "error disc" message. While my Roku Stick works smoothly using HDMI 1 input, I can't seem to play a standard disc from Netflix on the DVD player, even after switching between different inputs. Hello, I own a Panasonic wireless telephone system with model number KX TG 7531C. I am having trouble setting up my answering machine. When someone calls, I receive a message stating that the phone's answering system has not been configured. I recently upgraded my old landline phone to a Panasonic KX-TG3833. After setting it up and charging it, my husband called from his phone, but the old greeting from my previous phone played and he couldn't leave a message. Despite having the ringer and digital answering service turned on, the phone doesn't ring. My phone and internet are connected to a new Medicom modem.
