Hola yo deje unos auriculares en uno de sus servicios tecnicos llamado "starcom" en el mes de noviembre , me dijeron q en * mes y medio iban a estar fui en enero me pasaron para febrero dsp para marzo , en marzo antes de la cuarentena fui * veces al lugar al comunicarme x correo xq telefonicamente nadie atendia y estaba cerrado (y fui en el horario q tendria q estar abierto) hace mucho q estoy con este problema necesito una solucion sino tendre q quejarme en defensa del consumidor.*Espero su respuesta
