Panasonic cordless phone base model KX-TG**** silent mode not working. Dislplay screen shows "silent mode" but phone keeps ringing for incoming calls. Silent mode display is properly responding to the start*end instructions.

GetHuman4100433 did not yet indicate what Panasonic.com should do to make this right.
