The Answering Machine (Model KX-TG****) that I purchased on Aug **, ****, is not working satisfactorily* have had it checked * times by Comcast Technicians and they all tell me my problems are in my phone. I am told there is a **-month warranty but I believe I should get a replacement since the machine is only ** months old. What do I need to do to get this replacement free. I would think Panasonic would want a satisfied customer and I am not satisfied. I would like a phone call to discuss this. My * is ***-***-****. My previous ans. machine lasted ** years and I thought I had purchased the best by buying Panasonic.
