The issue in GetHuman-erhlream's own words
I can set the time on the land line handset and it is fine, but once the phone rings, it then jumps to exactly four hours ahead. I started having this same issue with the previous phone I had had for years and bought a new one but same issue. I chatted with Charter Spectrum since that is the company I use for internet, cable, and phone but they say the modem would not cause that to happen. Any suggestions?
