I am very upset! My 3-month-old has been exclusively using Huggies diapers, but I decided to try Pampers Swaddlers. Unfortunately, they caused a rash on my baby, who has never had one before. I switched back to Huggies, and the rash is improving. My baby is still irritable and dislikes being wiped, so I had to leave her without a diaper for some time to let her skin breathe. I've only used about 10 diapers from the box of [redacted], which isn't cheap. As a single parent, I'm frustrated that I now have to purchase another box of diapers. I would appreciate if someone could contact me regarding this issue. I am seeking a refund or reimbursement, and I do not want Pampers products or coupons. Thank you.

I logged out of the app to claim the cash bonus rewards, as instructed in the FAQ. However, upon logging back in, I encountered difficulties and had to reset my password. Subsequently, Pampers requested a safety code which was being sent to my old phone number. I am unable to access this code, jeopardizing my ability to log in and potentially losing valuable points. Could someone please assist me with updating my phone number to resolve this issue?

On two recent occasions, I purchased the [redacted] count size 3 Pampers Swaddlers from BJ's. Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with a good number of them. The Velcro straps were faulty and wouldn't secure properly to the front of the diaper. This resulted in a waste of money as the diapers couldn't be used effectively. When I attempted to return them to the store, I was declined as some had already been used by the time I discovered the defect. Considering the cost of these diapers, I'm highly disappointed and frustrated with this experience.

I have been using Pampers for my girl and boy for 6 years now, and I am extremely disappointed with the size 4 range, especially with my boy over the last 6 months. I switched to size 5 now, and things have improved, but there is definitely something wrong with the product. The nappy keeps falling apart, and the insides come out with every single one after a short time of wearing it. I usually buy for 3 months at a time, and I am very dissatisfied. I have three Walmart Select gift cards for Pampers. Can I use them all at once to pay for a single Pampers item in a transaction? Also, it seems like they can be reused. They have an expiration date of 12/31. There are no exclusions on the cards except they can only be used at Walmart stores and only on Pampers products. The cards specify that all taxes are to be paid by the customer and everything else by PG, not Walmart.

I purchased a box of [redacted] newborn diapers from Walmart, which had great reviews. Upon opening the box, I found the bag with the diapers was ripped. Walmart refused to exchange or refund the opened diapers. After buying new ones, I bought size 1 diapers and wipes from the same store. The baby wipes were dried out, indicating they were old stock, and the [redacted] count sensitive wipes. The size 1 dry baby diapers, around [redacted] count, had some crumbled and cut diapers in the box. Returning to Walmart with the issues, they declined a refund once again. I spent over $[redacted] on these items for my child, and most of it went to waste. I have always heard positive reviews about Pampers and your brand, but this experience has left me unsure whether it was a bad batch. Since Walmart isn't cooperating, I am reaching out to you to address this situation. I'm unsure whether to continue purchasing your products or consider switching to another brand.

I purchased the Pampers Cruisers [redacted] FIT from Amazon directly from Pampers. I have relied on these diapers for months but this particular pack seems to be defective. Each diaper on the right side tears easily when I am dressing my baby. It's disappointing that every diaper opens up in the center, making them less effective. I bought a [redacted]-count pack, and it's frustrating to encounter so many faulty diapers. Is it possible to receive a replacement pack? Hello, my name is Mpho, and I am a mother to a 20-month-old boy. Since my son's birth, he has been using Pampers Premium Care without any issues. However, in the last 2 months, I have noticed a change in the product. The new Pampers Premium Care nappies seem to be weaker compared to the ones I am accustomed to, and my son is having a reaction to them. I purchased these at ToysRus Woodmead. I am very disappointed with the product. What steps should I take next?

On November 26th, I received an email promising a $25 Shutterfly gift card within 10 business days. However, as of December 20th, I have not yet received it. I was looking forward to using the card for a Christmas gift, and I am disappointed as I have already reached out via email without any response. As a devoted Pampers customer and a single mom of three, I truly value Pampers products. This delay has affected me greatly, and I am hoping for a resolution soon.

I purchased a box of Pampers Cruisers with [redacted] diapers, which was labeled as [redacted] diapers due to the inclusion of eight free Cruisers [redacted] Fit. However, after opening the box, I only found the two packages of diapers listed and not the additional eight free Cruisers [redacted] Fit as advertised. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to trying them on my son based on the positive reviews I've heard. Despite spending $40 on the purchase, the extra diapers were missing. It would be great if they could rectify this by providing me with a complimentary pack of the new Cruisers [redacted] Fit diapers since they were not included in the original box.

I've been attempting to scan three separate codes in the app to redeem my rewards, a $5 off coupon for my next diaper purchase. However, each time I enter the verification code, it prompts me to send another one because the request failed. I've tried this at least five times now. To whom it may concern, I am a very upset mom who needs to address a recurring issue with your brand. Since the birth of my six-month-old baby, I have been using Pampers, specifically the number 4 size. Unfortunately, I have encountered a significant problem with the product where the gel leaks out, causing discomfort for my child. This has happened multiple times, leading me to question the quality of your diapers. I am experiencing a continuous issue with the Pampers pants I purchased as they keep bursting at the front, resulting in frequent clean-ups and late-night baths for my child. Despite being advertised for 12 hours of dryness, they barely last for 3 hours at night, causing a significant disruption to our sleep routine. I recently received the Free bounty pack in the UK. When I tried to redeem my coupons worth £2 at my local Boots store, I found out they had run out almost a year ago. This is frustrating as they ran out before I even became pregnant, and I am only 28 weeks along now. I would like to know what will be done about this issue, as it is unacceptable.

Hello, I am a parent of two babies under the age of 2. Recently, I switched to using Pampers Baby Dry diapers. However, I have been facing a significant issue where the diaper tabs keep ripping off when I try to put them on my children. This has occurred with both sizes 5 and 6 diapers, with no luck in avoiding the problem. I had purchased a [redacted]-count size 5 and a [redacted]-count size 6 diaper pack. Due to the challenging times, including being laid off from work and now the end of unemployment benefits, it's been extremely tough financially to purchase quality diapers. It's frustrating not being able to use the diapers due to the tabs ripping off continuously. I kindly request a replacement box of size 5 and 6 diapers. Hello. My newborn is 15 days old and weighs 3,[redacted] g. She wears size 1 diapers. The package claims they can keep a baby dry for 12 hours, but for three nights now, my baby, who only sleeps for 4 hours, has been soaking wet. I have to change her bodysuit and pajamas each time. I am requesting a refund for the diaper packs I purchased. Not to mention the baby laundry detergent I have to use. I am counting on you for a goodwill gesture if you want to keep me as a customer. Good morning, I sent an email to Pampers three weeks ago to address an issue with the Pampers nappies I purchased. My little one has been using Pampers since birth, and he is now 9 months old. The problem started with the Pampers Aloe size 4 nappies we bought in April. The left strip kept breaking off when I tried to change the nappy. I encountered this issue with all three packs of nappies I purchased last month. I reached out via email but haven't received a response yet.
