Help with my Pampers issue
GetHuman-brysonle's next move: talk to Pampers again when they open.
Pampers's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-brysonle a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-brysonle's own words
I had over ***** points and I've been collecting them for years now since both of my kids were babies and they are now * and * and they had expire. I had not known that they could expire and I still have over ** codes to put in as well I want my points back. It's not worth starting all over again. I have been waiting to redeem them until I was done with purchasing Pampers products. I QANT MY POINTS BACK!!!
Alot of people dont realize that their points would expire. They shouldn't expire. Only if someone deletes their account. That's not fair to expire points because the account had been inactive. That's alot of money that is now wasted. I specifically picked Pampers for one of these reasons.
I want my points returned. I have ** more codes to enter as well.
I have stayed loyal to Pampers since my oldest son was born and he is now *. I had another son and I only used Pampers as well and he is now *. We still use Pampers wipes to this day!
I have tried calling the contact number * times now and it keeps hanging up.
How GetHuman-brysonle fixed the problem
