I returned an item with the order number #[redacted]7, and I was informed that personalized items cannot be returned unless it's Palm Beach's fault. In this case, it is indeed Palm Beach Jewelry's fault as the engraving is poorly done and crooked. I did not expect to pay nearly $30 for a bracelet with such poor engraving quality. It's disappointing that this was sent out in this condition as it does not reflect well on the company. I am seeking a refund for this purchase.

I made a purchase on December 6th for a ring priced at $37.09 from your store. I was notified by PayPal that the payment went through. However, I have been receiving various emails from your company stating there were issues with the order, but I never received any further updates. I only got a thank you for the order initially. I am unsure about the status of my purchase - if the ring is not available, kindly process a refund through PayPal.

I placed an order for two personalized pens for my husband's bosses on November 19. After receiving an email to rate the products, I discovered the pens had not arrived. Today, December 14, I was informed they are on backorder with no immediate solution, except receiving an empty box. This situation is unacceptable. Order #[redacted]6 under the name Tracey Brown. The gifts were scheduled for delivery at the workplace by December 20, but I have been told nothing can be done. I am deeply disappointed in Palm Beach Jewelry and request a refund.

I purchased a necklace with two hearts, names, and birthstones on October 27, [redacted]. I have called four times but never received a tracking number. My credit card was charged before the order shipped. I was promised 20% off for the delay, which still hasn't reflected in my statement. I was assured the item would arrive this week. If the discount won't be applied by Christmas, I will cancel the order. I have been waiting on the phone for half an hour. Please assist in resolving this issue. Thank you.
