I thanked him for his *patience and said that I would get someone knowledgeable to help me complete activation.**After I hung up, I was able to dial ****** and I got a message that my cell phone was now *activated but that I needed to call*dial a number to complete the activation process. I tried to*call my landline--it show it ringing but the landline phone call did not ring—possibly because*we have spotty cell service in this area. I believe I had one to two bars showing at the time *that I made the call. How many bars are needed? (If this is the problem what solution do you *recommend?).**...My cellphone had * minutes left before I signed up for Page Plus and trying to get activated has *depleted the * minutes down to .** minutes. (I also tried to put in a Verification Code Number, *when setting up my account online, but all the New Pass Code numbers that Page Plus sent were *not acceptable. I did not find a Page Plus message that stated Verification Code Number* so I*tried the “New Pass Code” thinking it was the Verification Code Number by a different name.**...Also, somehow Page Plus Cellular has not credited my voice minute purchases (see below) *to my account online or to the cell phone that has been activated. This confuses me. I received*email notifications of the two purchases below.**So I need your expertise to complete the activation and to update my cellphone with the voice *minutes that I purchased on **-**-** and also **-**-** which I ordered when the first order did*not get deposited to my account.
