I was recently contacted by a representative from Star Energy Partners who claimed they were verifying the accuracy of my bill. After some confusion, I ended up signing up for their lower rate, only to find out it's actually more expensive than my current plan. I do not wish to switch my energy supply and I am kindly requesting that this change not be processed on my account. My customer number is PE[redacted][redacted]0 and my PSE&G account number is [redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could cancel this request and maintain my current energy provider. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

I acknowledge that my bill is high. Due to a recent family loss and several ongoing challenges, I am actively working to manage my finances. I received a notification that I am unable to make the payment at this moment. I am in the process of applying for the heap program, which I missed out on previously due to a missed deadline. The next opportunity to sign up for heap is in November, and I am confident that I will meet the requirements. Your assistance in allowing me some time to sort this out would be greatly appreciated. Currently, I am exploring options such as selling or renting out the home that I inherited from my late father, who did not leave behind any substantial financial resources. Living here with my children has been particularly challenging due to the high taxes and bills. Please grant me some flexibility, and I will ensure to keep you updated on my progress.

As a resident of [redacted] John Street, Floor #2, Fort Lee, New Jersey [redacted], I am concerned about being charged for utilities that my neighbors on Floor #1 are using, such as the washer and dryer. I suspect there may be a shared meter, which is illegal. I kindly request that PSEG Company investigate if there is a shared meter situation between Floor #1 and Floor #2. Hello, Following a storm in late June [redacted], a utility pole near 35 Grand Pl., East Northport, NY [redacted] was damaged. A new pole was erected, but the old pole cannot be removed until the cable equipment is transferred to the new pole. Please provide guidance on who is responsible for transferring the cable equipment and wires. It is essential to remove the damaged old pole. I have been trying for days to establish an account in my name with no success. I moved in on July 18th and have not received a bill. I was recently informed that my power would be disconnected in 5 business days. After contacting "Miss Rogers" and submitting my ID and lease, I was asked to email the documents to [redacted] Despite sending the attachments, there seems to be an issue with their reception. I need to resolve this promptly to avoid any disruption in service.

I am having trouble setting up an account quickly to avoid my power being turned off without receiving a bill. I have attempted to attach the necessary documents through email, but the representative has not been responsive. It would be much more efficient if there was a URL for uploading documents to ensure they are received and attached correctly.

Hello, I am a personal assistant looking for assistance regarding my boss's property in NJ. The house has 3 residential units with separate meters and a main house meter. Currently, the garage electricity and hot water heater charges are being measured on one of the apartment meters, but I would like to have them measured on the house meter instead. How can I go about making this change? If the solution involves filling out the RESIDENTIAL GAS LOAD DATA ENQUIRY form, could you please advise me on the necessary documents I will need to provide? I had a technician from PSEG NJ come to give an estimate on replacing my boiler, even after I informed them I have four cats and can't lock them away due to an open floor plan. The technician, who had cat allergies, wouldn't provide a written estimate on the same size boiler I already have, saying he needed to calculate it based on square footage back at the office. He verbally mentioned it would cost around $10,[redacted]. I have not received any written estimates as of March 1st, and this is urgent as I cannot turn on the water main without the boiler replacement, leaving me without water or heat. I'm 74 years old and cannot deal with another indoor waterfall situation like the one I had before. I need free estimates for replacing both boilers to avoid future issues. This has been very overwhelming for me, affecting my sleep and eating habits since February 8th.
