On March **, ****, I had an account alert that my account had several transactions were pending. After, work I went to the ATM and deposited $***. I received a receipt that showed a balance of $**.xx on ******* at **:**pm. On March **, ****, I awake to * overdraft transactions of $**.** each totaling $***.**. I contacted PNC Customer Service because this was ridiculous. I was first told that charges couldn’t be refunded. I later escalated to the supervisor SAbrina. After our conversation we met in the middle and * overdraft charges were refunded. However, I’m still upset because I deposited the money into the account and received a receipt showing an available balance of $**.xx. This issue have happened to me on several occasions and each representative tells me a different thing. I follow their instructions and still get penalized. My PNC account is the only account I experience overdraft charges when I deposited the money in the account on the same day. I would like the additional overdraft charges on ******* refunded. I will agree to not use electronic drafts any longer. I like PNC bank but the constant overdraft charges are upsetting especially when I am depositing the money the same day. Can a member of management review my Customer Service calls and account? I will forward all*emails of receipts showing conflicting information from PNC. Thank You
