I recently was negative on my debit card and for the past few weeks I’ve been depositing my checks via the mobile banking app so that I could get out of the negatives. Today I went to deposit a check because I am still -*** on my card. When I went to do this it told me that my account no longer existed. Although I have not used my card in a while I have been actively using my account by depositing checks once a week. I did not receive a phone call or an email to tell me that PNC was going to cancel my card. I do not know what happened to my account or how to fix this situation.
GetHuman-gsdiveri did not yet indicate what PNC Bank should do to make this right.
