I have my investments and most every penny that I have a with PNC. Have been a customer since you were National City. May be time for me to move on. System was down yesterday. Did not want to make duplicate payment so I left the website. Went back on at *am and paid my credit card bill. Guess what $** late fee. No grace period. This happened in Dec as well. I am stuck with paying the late fee. Sit at the bank today only to get this answer. Should have not wasted my time.
