Hi, we just have our pldt home fibr installed recently, last October * and things were good for a moment. Until November ** that we are not able to access the net. There was no dial tone on the landline and there are only two lights on the modem. We are working from home and we opted to choose your services for stable internet and as of now we havr no internet for the past seven days and it's very frustrating not to be able to get ahold of anyone on your customer service representative. We are always routed to automated reply. Kindly expedite the repair as we are using our emergency leave in the office to avoid absences and upon checking our billing is still moving even we are not able to use your services. We are expecting for your quick revert.
GetHuman-cielogod did not yet indicate what PLDT should do to make this right.
