I want to report your service provider. We have reported our disconnection of land line and internet. First it was more than a week and it was found out that our line was cut off and transferred to another subscriber. For more than a week it was ok. Then it was again disconnected for more than a week . the repair came and it was ok but the line was in operation only for less than ** hours. That was on the **th of october that we again reported the matter. On the **th the repair team check our line but only to inform us that our line was again cut off*transferred to another subscriber. They told us to come back but until now no repair came. We are at a quandry since these men are complaining that our roads are miserable, that their service vehicle could not enter and why is
GetHuman-lantined did not yet indicate what PLDT should do to make this right.
