I have applied for internet connection since Sept **, **** and until now I have not receive any update from you. I tried calling *** hotline and when asked about my service request number: The ref* for your service application is ********** it said that this is wrong. How come when I received an email and text message confirming about my application. **Can you please tell me when you are able to install my fibr plan. or should I apply to another network?????
