LAN*, LAN* and LAN* not working

GetHuman-annllan's Technical Support issue with PLDT from September 2020

Help with my PLDT issue
First: share to improve GetHuman-annllan's odds

Before contacting them, items GetHuman-annllan may need:
Username, Password, Email address on the account, Address on the account, Name on the account, and Phone number on the account
The issue in GetHuman-annllan's own words
Configure LAN*, LAN* and LAN* ports at the back of the modem to establish connections ... Got my new Fiber plan PLDT install back in August **, **** we've waited ** hours to complete activation but we have notice that it is only LAN* is working the LAN*, LAN* and LAN* are not. How we can make it work? Please help.
As soon as possible because we need internet connection for online class we can't share LAN*, so please configure the *,* and * ports of the modem.
