Wanted to follow up my online application.*I submitted my application March ** with complete requirements. I receive a notification for the delayed installation last April ** and was advised that PLDT is continuously working with authorities to proceed with the installation. Until today, April **, **** I haven't got any update anymore. Please advise us when are we able to have our PLDT Home fiber be installed. I pursue to submit all the needed requirements, because I badly need the Fiber Internet for me to be able to perform Work From Home properly. May I please be prioritize being installed the soonest please?
