Hi. I called PLDT last March *, **** regarding our account. I got the chance to talked to one of your agents and told her that we want to request for the termination of our account. We were instructed to pay our current balance first and submit a letter of request to any pldt branch. The day itself, we already settled the amount that needs to be paid and emailed the letter (with received stamp) to *****@***.com. Just want to ask why we still received a billing when we already requested to cut our line? Thanks.
