i disconnected my internet service last aug ** ****. Im currently using globe internet. I returned the wifi router to them. I was still charged in my bill. I went to pldt betterliving before and they say they fix the issue. But still have internet bill included in my statement. Im fed up going to the pldt office, i cant waste my whole day again waiting in line just to remind again this issue. Im only paying the landline for now
GetHuman-tmgalici did not yet indicate what PLDT should do to make this right.
