Hi, I applied for a transfer of address for my PLDT DSL internet last august. I specifically told them to call me before going to my address because Ihave a very busy schedule, but they never called. SoI had no internet for most of august and the months of september, and october. We recently followed up onthis rewuest just last Nov **, ****. By then PLDT was still charging us for the month of september and october, but since we did not receive any services from pldt during those months, then we settled that the outstanding balance would no longer be in effect and transfer of connection would proceed. The next day, Nov **, I was in the lobby of the condo I was in when coincidentally the PLDT technician came by, he did not call me prior to that nor did he have my number, but during our second visit the day before, we specifically instructed them again to call me first before coming. I’m disappointed by how they handled things and even more disappointed now that they cut my internet connection due to an overdue balance of **** pesos which I thought we agreed is settled already?
