There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

I received an email saying my prescriptions were canceled. *Tried calling got tired of being on hold. Before I tried again received an email that three of my five prescriptions were filled and being sent. *Called today waited ** minutes on hold before waiting another ** minutes of the guy finding out why the other two prescriptions were canceled, no refills. *Which is wrong all the scripts were faxed in together and filled together. He said the only thing to do was get new prescriptions. *I’m not doing that because PETCO is wrong. So I call another number say I want to talk to Petco in the states. No one available. This buying drs foster and smith was supposed to be no trouble. *WRONG. I WANT my other two prescriptions FILLED. **The phone service ***** not being able to get through to anyone.*GET BACK TO ME ASAP. WERE TALKING PRESCRIPTIONS.
