The issue in GetHuman1254015's own words
I am a repeat delivery customer and have been for awhile. I haven't had any issues until my Blue Buffalo dental bones order was received in September and it was the wrong bag. I order regular size and I was sent mini. I called and the rep put in a new order for free to send me the correct size dental bones. Upon receipt of this box, I notice it is the MINI size again. Now I call again with the SAME complaint and get told another order will go in. This is getting out of hand. My dogs are ** lbs and the MINI bones are for up to **lb. When I check my account it shows the correct picture and the invoice is correct but the bag is NOT. I understand SKUs change on products but the *nd rep went over the updated ones and said this product was not on the list. I just want to make sure that going forward I will receive the correct Blue Buffalo Regular size Dental bones with the dark blue on the package.

GetHuman1254015 did not yet indicate what PETCO should do to make this right.
