I bought a * gallon tank online, received is broken. E-mailed customer service. Was offered a refund. Ask for a confirmation and never heard anything back. I’ve e-mailed * times now with no response. I had to miss work to take this tank an hour away to return it and trade it in for a new one that I had to pay an extra $** for. I’m extremely upset with your lack of service and I want a full refund for this extreamly poor service and inconvenience. My order number was ********. I have copies of my receipts from the store. I’m not doing this anymore. Refund me now. Answer my e-mails. I’ve explained twice now that I have hearing issues and can not call. If you tell me to call again I will lose it. Refund me. I’m done with you.
