I live at *** church st in Ambler PA. The house belonged to to my fiance's father who passed away a few months ago. He had an outstanding balance and owed near $****. My fiance( who is * months pregnant) and I and our kids moved here on June *st not knowing that such a balance was do. We have been trying since the middle of May to get services switched into my name. I have called multiple times just to hear that they never recieved any of my information. When we got the bill for the month of May we realized what was owed. Knowing that we dont have the money to pay the $**** that was owed, we at least paid the $*** bill for the month of May. I sent it again * weeks ago and still nothing. On June **th, while we were in the living room watching tv, someone from Peco came over and shut our power off. When I called and spoke to someone they said I had to pay the $****, which i nor my fiance have before services were restored. Then they switched it to they wont restore service because the person it is under no longer is living. So now at this point I am beyond angry. I sent in my paper work for a third time on June *oth. Now it is Friday June **nd and I have yet to receive a call. I have called to check to go see if anyone has recieved my information, but all I get is that revenue Management has not put my information into the system yet. I asked if there was a number to contact them at and I got a NO. This is BS now we have to wait until next week to here anything. This is not ok. All this should have been handled in May and I dont know what the **** peco is doing. My fiance could go into labor at any moment and I have to worry about bringing home a baby to a house with no power. If there was another option besides peco because I would have gone that route. I need power on in this house A.S.A.P. this is not just for my sake but for the sake of my family. **Sincerely, Matthew Johnston
