I have been a loyal customer of OP for over a decade. I recently received my order of business cards, and unfortunately, the print was cut off despite appearing centered on the preview generator. I provided the necessary photos, but I was informed that only one set of cards would be reprinted, even though multiple sets were affected. My order number is [redacted]93. I received an email from Sergey N. at [redacted] stating only one set would be replaced, although other sets also had issues with the font being too close to the edge. I am requesting a full reprint of all four orders and the chance to reupload the assets to prevent this issue from occurring again.

I am seeking a refund for my purchase of a box of 25 cards that arrived damaged. I initially ordered one box but received two, with one box being damaged from shipping and the other having ragged corners. I have made two attempts to submit text and photos through the Overnight Prints website and have spoken with customer service twice. Despite my efforts, they requested that I resend the information to a different email address. Unfortunately, there is no management available for direct communication. During my calls, the background noise was so loud that it made it challenging to hear. I was informed that the website was experiencing difficulties after spending thirty minutes on the phone providing the necessary information. The second call was marred by phone static and other disturbances, making it difficult to communicate effectively. This level of customer service is unacceptable to me as I have received no resolution or empathy for the defective product I received prior to my event two weekends ago. It has been frustrating and disappointing to deal with representatives lacking the authority to address my concerns. I have taken the step of filing a complaint with the BBB.

Order number #[redacted]42. My cards were put on hold by your company. I have approved how they look, but I would like the lines on the side. I couldn't figure out how to stretch it, and that's okay. I need them by the 21st. I was expecting a call or an email, but I have not received anything yet. The payment has been deducted from my account. All I want is for my cards to be sent to me.
