WARNING: Potential Scammer Alert! I, Richard from Bryan, TX, aged 60, want to report an individual using the photos of Bernard Fouquet, a French model and sock designer, in a possible scam. This person has been in contact with me through text, email, and phone for approximately three weeks, and I suspect they were nearing the point of requesting money. Something felt off, prompting me to conduct a reverse photo search, revealing the deception. It is crucial to remove this individual promptly to prevent any financial losses to unsuspecting individuals. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am looking to unsubscribe due to being double charged previously. When my subscription expired, it automatically upgraded and charged me twice. It is frustrating not being able to reach anyone over the phone and relying on virtual assistance to cancel the transaction. I am hesitant to resubscribe for fear of losing more money. Do you offer gift cards as an alternative? I disabled auto-renewal to have more control over my account, but the fear of being double charged again makes me hesitant to engage in the activities and connections I was enjoying. It feels unfair, but I cannot afford to lose more money.

I've been using Our Time and I am looking to cancel my subscription. The service has not been effective for me, and it feels like a waste of both money and time. Despite receiving emails about potential matches, I cannot view them, and most are not in my geographic location. Additionally, I keep getting redirected to Match.com and asked to pay more to communicate with Our Time matches. I do not plan to renew or extend my subscription, so I need written confirmation of cancellation immediately. The presence of these issues leads me to believe that Our Time is poorly managed. I will inform the Federal Trade Commission through my Congressman if this matter is not resolved promptly. Thank you.

I've been an Ourtime member, but I've encountered difficulties with my profile and accessing my account. I want to confirm if my account is closed and why I received an email about unauthorized use. I believe someone named Tom Richter may be involved in this. Despite some issues, I appreciate the efforts made by customer service to help me. Thank you.

Hello, I recently joined your group with hopes of trying it for a month due to my limited income. However, upon checking my PayPal account, I was surprised to see two charges of $[redacted].75 each for People Media, when I only intended to sign up for one month at $29.95. This unexpected charge of $[redacted].75 has caused me an NSF fee as it exceeded the funds I had available. I have already contacted my bank to address this issue and request a refund. I would appreciate it if we could correct this payment mistake to reflect my initial choice of a one-month subscription. After my husband passed away two years ago, I have been careful with my finances, and this subscription was meant to be a small treat for myself. I hope you can review my case and adjust the charges accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter. Laurie

Hello, this is Caryl Donovan. I signed up on your site, OUR TIME, a few months ago. After the last promotional offer of buying one month and getting one month free, I decided to close my account. Although I have not been an active member since, I recently discovered that I am still listed on your dating site. To my surprise, I saw charges on my bank account dated today, 26/3/20, indicating that you have been deducting money without my consent. Due to the current circumstances with the coronavirus, I am facing health issues that prevent me from working, making it difficult for me to afford any unauthorized membership fees. I kindly request a refund of the charges. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to involve my bank, Santander, for assistance. I await your response before taking further action. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Regards, Caryl Donovan Email: [redacted].

I have not renewed my account for months now, as I only agreed to purchase one month and get one free back in October [redacted]. Due to poor health, I've been in Malta and just returned home. I recently discovered that OURTIME has been deducting money from my Santander account, even though I haven't been a member for months. With the current coronavirus situation impacting my ability to work due to my health, I cannot afford these charges. I request a refund of the unauthorized withdrawals before taking further action with my bank. Today, March 26, [redacted], I noticed the payments on my account. Regards, Caryl D.

For the past two months, I've been attempting to access OurTime. There are several individuals on the site awaiting my response. However, I encounter login issues frequently. I am prompted to reset my password multiple times and complete the Recaptcha, but I never receive a confirmation email, leading to being locked out again. Additionally, I am unsure about the monthly fee I am being charged. I have requested cancellation of my subscription with no success. I am seeking clarification on the expiration date of my current account and assurance that my payments have ceased. The situation requires escalation to the Better Business Bureau due to the poor user interface and lack of customer support from the company.

I am having trouble logging in and noticing many suspicious profiles on the site. It seems like most of them are fake with only one photo and a detailed description. I suspect that some individuals may be paid to create these accounts. I recently read some concerning articles about this practice. It's disheartening that some are exploiting older individuals searching for companionship. It's challenging to meet people nowadays. I tried to connect with someone, but I am unable to log in to continue our conversation. This experience has been a waste of time, and I am considering cancelling. I hope the issue gets resolved promptly, and I would appreciate a refund. It would be great if someone from the company could address my concerns personally. The situation feels like a scam orchestrated by profit-driven individuals prioritizing mass marketing over genuine connections. The current state of capitalism is disappointing, and it's alarming to witness such unethical practices.

I initially wanted a one-month subscription at $35.99 but did not upgrade. However, on March 19, [redacted], I received an email stating I was signed up for an $[redacted].00 upgrade, which I did not authorize due to being on a limited income. I never received any confirmation of this higher plan. I want to remain on OurTime but not at that exorbitant rate. Please contact me to resolve this issue as I also received another withdrawal notice on April 11, [redacted], for $[redacted].00, which I did not agree to. I have been attempting to address this since March 19, [redacted]. Please refrain from withdrawing any further funds until we can discuss this matter personally.

I am having trouble accessing my account on OurTime. My password, which I have been using without any issues for weeks, suddenly stopped working. Despite being informed about suspicious activity on my account, I have not experienced any issues on my end. Additionally, I received an unusually high number of profile views today, indicating a potential problem. I am unable to reach tech support via phone, as the numbers provided are not operational. If this issue is not resolved promptly and I am not provided with an explanation, I may need to cancel my account. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter and connecting me with a customer service representative?

I canceled my membership several months ago, and they sent me an email confirming the cancellation. However, on April 6th, they charged £[redacted].94 to my credit card. I have sent three emails requesting a refund, but I have not received any response on how to process it. Due to self-isolation measures, I am unable to go out and address this situation in person. I have also received a statement indicating that interest will start accruing soon if the payment is not made. The stress of not being able to resolve this issue is overwhelming.

I have been trying to unsubscribe from your service for over 3 years. I am requesting a refund immediately. Failure to resolve this matter as requested will result in me reporting your actions to the authorities as fraudulent. I am prepared to contact the Better Business Bureau and my attorney if necessary. Feel free to reach out to me using any means necessary and promptly refund my money to my account. Thank you. I have had a frustrating experience with OurTime. They mistakenly terminated my agreement over the phone without verifying with me, claiming I made the request. Despite receiving an email confirming my access until the end of the month, I was unable to log in. Customer service was unhelpful, with no supervisors available and delayed responses to my emails. I even tried reaching out through the complaint procedure but got no reply from higher-ups. I am now considering taking legal action in Small Claims Court in Rhode Island to address this issue. - R.C.

On March 23, [redacted], I visited your site for the first time, hoping to try online dating. A few days later, on March 26, I received a message from a man and we started messaging each other. After realizing he scammed me for $[redacted], I promptly canceled my subscription. Upon reading the site's disclaimer, I learned that exchanging money with other users is illegal. Feeling unsure, I didn't report the incident at first, fearing repercussions. Despite explaining the illegality to him and blocking him after he asked for more money, he persisted until my last contact with him on May 15 or 17. Recently, I received a text from an unknown number with a familiar area code, which I suspect was him again. To avoid further communication, I blocked the number immediately.

I need assistance with my hacked account. Today, I noticed a charge of $33.88 on PayPal, following a conversation with Lucy, a customer service representative, regarding the hacking incident. Lucy refunded the amount and advised against deleting my account until the money was back in my bank account. However, I was charged again through PayPal after speaking with Lucy, and the same individual appeared on my profile using it. This situation is unacceptable. Please refund my money and close my account. The security of this site is clearly compromised.

I had signed up for Our Time in Scottsdale, AZ, initially with the email [redacted], intending to move for a job before Covid. Since my plans changed and I could not update my location to Spokane, WA, I opened a second paid account with the email [redacted] Despite purchasing a 6-month subscription, I am not receiving any activity on this new account. Communication from Our Time only reaches my free account with the email [redacted] If possible, I would like to merge the two accounts or receive assistance to start using the site. If this issue persists, I may need to request a refund. My paid subscription confirmation number is [redacted], and I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.
