I would like a full refund to be credited back to my credit card. My subscription was canceled almost a year ago, yet I am being charged without having used the site. I have tried to contact you via phone and email with no response. Why haven't I received any communication regarding my refund? Do I need to take any further steps to ensure my cancellation? It seems excessive to have to write over [redacted] words for a simple cancellation request. I hope this message meets the word count requirement. Every time I try to use Our Time beyond browsing profiles, I encounter a page that prompts me to upload a picture. I am uncomfortable doing so due to potential family issues if I am recognized. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to bypass this requirement. When I recently received a message informing me that "Linda liked you," I tried to view her profile but was redirected to the "put up picture" screen. Later when I tried to view my own profile after changing my forgotten password, I was again directed to the "put up picture" page. It's frustrating that the only solution offered seems to be uploading a photo. How can the platform claim to be supportive when this is the only option provided? [Tom B.]

To Our Time Customer Assistance, I urgently request attention regarding my account issue. Earlier today, I renewed my Our Time profile for six months using my credit card under the name G R Sager, with the last four digits being xxxxxxxxxxxx8326. The payment was successful. However, upon trying to edit my profile, I encountered error codes. The home page indicated my profile was only 12% complete with no photos, which is not accurate as my profile was previously 90-[redacted]% complete with multiple photos. I had previously experienced a situation where two accounts were opened under my name, one paid and one unpaid. After resolving this, I have been able to access my account without issues for the past six months. I urge you to investigate and provide a prompt resolution to avoid having to dispute the recent charge with my credit card company. Additionally, please confirm if my earlier paid account is still valid and arrange for a refund or credit as necessary. I also request that my original profile with photos be restored to my validated account. It seems my correct screen name could be Shadow or Shadow100 instead of the older TooPicky100. Regarding OurTime for singles over 50: As my subscription was about to end, I connected with someone who shared my interests. After exchanging contact information at their request, I discovered that the person's profile had been removed. Concerned, I closed my account since my subscription was running out. Shortly after, I received a message from the individual named Peter, mentioning that I had a message waiting, which I couldn't access. Peter, 73, enjoys dancing, Leonard Cohen, and recommended a song. He resides in Tewkesbury. I am Suzie, 68, from Stratford upon Avon. Is there a way to contact him without re-subscribing? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Subject: Cancel My Our Time Service Account To Whom It May Concern, I have been attempting to cancel my Our Time account for several weeks without success. Despite sending numerous messages and flirts to local individuals within a 25-mile radius, I have received minimal responses, with the one reply I did get being from a much older individual. There were 4-6 people I was genuinely interested in, but unfortunately, none of them responded. I would like to officially request the cancellation of my account under the email address [redacted], registered under the name Ray Witt. Additionally, I recently encountered some inappropriate profiles on a dating service, which has further soured my experience. I recently received an email from OurTime with matches and their pictures. However, whenever I click on a picture, it redirects me to the OurTime login page. Even after logging in, the profile does not appear, despite trying this multiple times and using the app as well. This is frustrating, and I question the authenticity of these profiles. The site prompts me to subscribe even though I am already a subscriber. I'm willing to request a refund and discontinue using this unhelpful platform if this issue is not resolved on your end. Yesterday, on August 10th, a message from OurTime claimed that my account was hacked, requesting personal information to regain access, like my name, address, and credit card number, which worries me. A woman I messaged on the site is receiving messages she didn't get from me, and she claims messages she didn't write are appearing from her on the site. Can you confirm hacking issues and assure my recently submitted personal information is safe? Please address the concerns regarding my account and ksm.berry's account promptly. Thank you.

I have been a member of Our Time for five years and recently my credit card linked to the account was compromised. Despite trying to update my payment information promptly, the call center in the Philippines was unable to process my new card number. After multiple failed attempts to rectify the situation, I was informed today that my account has been closed. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue and have been unsuccessful. My renewal fee is $43.95 for six months, including taxes, and I am unable to access my account to update the payment details. I am seeking assistance to speak with a representative located within the country to provide my new card information and reinstate my account at the same rate. When I attempted to renew my account using my credit card, I noticed a higher renewal fee. From the beginning, the pictures mainly featured men, which is not what I was looking for. I have tried to address this issue with no success. I am looking for a platform with only women, so I need this matter resolved or a refund of the approximately $90 I paid. The site's current mix of men and women is not what I expected nor what I am interested in. I want to ensure that I am only seeing profiles of natural women who were born as women. I have concerns about the authenticity of some profiles and if they are surgically altered individuals. A correction to show only females looking for males like me is required for me to continue using the service. I recently purchased tokens, adding to my frustration with the situation. It seem unfair that I have not been able to use the site effectively, so I hope to see changes soon. I would like to resolve this privately without resorting to public feedback. I used to be a member of Senior People and now wanted to join Our Time. However, I am having trouble logging in with my current email address. I want to create a new account with my current email ([redacted]). Also, I had communication with someone named 'Harrisburger' via email but suddenly couldn't send him any more messages. I'm unsure if this is because I'm not a member yet. Could joining allow me to contact him again? Please cancel my Our Time account, as there is an error listing me as seeking men instead of women. I have tried to reach out to correct this but to no avail. I request (1) cancellation and a full refund, and (2) to stop any future charges and refund any purchased points. I would be interested in using the service if I could be listed correctly as a man seeking women. Please review my communications within the system to confirm. I am overwhelmed with the influx of emails ending up in an unfamiliar account with me as a CC recipient. It appears my account information is being misused to perpetrate fraudulent activities through your company. This unauthorized usage must be dealt with immediately. In response, I will involve the necessary authorities. Failure to address this issue promptly may result in legal consequences. The emails in question are linked to OURTIME. I request all information associated with my account be deleted. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account to rectify this situation. It is critical to remove any fraudulent profiles pretending to be me from your platform. Communication regarding this matter will be handled by my legal representative moving forward. My account is supposedly registered under [redacted], and the emails I receive are from OURTIME. They are directed to an unknown account before reaching me, indicating fraudulent activities. I urge you to take immediate action by locating and eliminating any unauthorized users operating under my information. I have been wrongly charged for an account on our time that I no longer want. Despite my attempts to cancel in the past, I have been informed that my account must still remain active for the remaining time. I have made it clear that I no longer wish to continue with the service. Now, I have received a bill for $[redacted], which is unaffordable for me. I plan to address this issue through PayPal fraud services and cancel the account associated with Loveandseek as well. I would appreciate it if billing could be halted as I will not be paying for these services any longer. Thank you.

Lately, I've been getting emails stating that a monthly amount of [redacted] or [redacted] (varies in each email) is being deducted from my account for Our Time Connect Me. The email provides a large button to cancel the payment, but my virus checker blocks it as it may be a phishing attempt. This issue started after I refused to give Tommy Stringfellow from Our Time access to my bank accounts, supposedly to assist his injured grandson in Qatar. I informed Our Time about this more than a week ago but have not heard back from them.

I requested not to renew my subscription after the one month free trial, but I noticed that another £46 was deducted from my bank account. I attempted to call but was unable to get through. I would appreciate a refund for the recent charge as I am currently unemployed and cannot afford it.
