My name is Karen Leslie. I paid for one months subscription on ** October **** of £**.** with my Tesco Credit Card, immediately cancelling any further membership as clarified on your website. Unknown to me until recently , you have taken three further monthly payments from this card without my permission. I contacted you concerning this last week on **th January and have had no further communication from you. I cannot find a phone number that is viable to call you and I am unable to log into my account as there appears to be some sort of block on my account!!! *My email is *****@***.com, phone number is ***********.
