I called and cancelled my membership and all related services to Our Time and its affiliate(s.) I was assured the issue was taken care of. I see from my current credit card billing you have continued to bill me **.**!! I have been hospitalized and do not have any account number or password. My name is Donna Somerville and my email address is somervilledonna***@ yahoo.com. I am asking for proof of cancellation before I go to an outside agency for assistance for further action .
