I have tried * times E Mailed explaining the problem and continually filled in these boxes. I've explained I cannot phoned the number but that's all you send me. I cannot access a lot of suggestions as I can't get into my account. I couldn't get into my original account. I usually have no problems with this. This is where the problems started. I tried setting up another two accounts and still couldn't get in. By now I had forgotten all the paswords and E Mails. I tried to renew my subscription and took the £*.** a month at £**. Before I knew it I had commited to the £*** one. I didn't want this one ! I tried to cancel this one but of course couldn't get onto the site! I E Mailed * times and still no reply only to ring the number which I said I can't ring. I don't want the £*** subscription. You took the money out within three days. Not much time for me to sort it out. I would appreciate it if you would revert my subscription to the £** which I originally wanted before the hard sell. Confusion is part of my disability and this was just not fair. I also would like my account put back to my original p***word and E Mail so I can remember it. I never changed it. At the moment I an being charged for a subscription I can't afford and I can't even get on to my account. I am incredibly fed up of this not being resolved.
