On ** May ****, another payment for Ourtime.com was taken from my credit card. I had removed the automatic renewal option. When checking my account status,it was noted that I had requested that the automatic renewal be reinstalled on May ** WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST?*This payment should not have been taken.
GetHuman-paulalba did not yet indicate what Ourtime.com should do to make this right.
I have an issue with Ourtime.com too

All I didwas call their customer service number, explained what had happened and was reimbursed.
